Le Brassus, founded 1875
Ten current models across the Royal Oak, Royal Oak Offshore and Code 11.59.
Jules Louis Audemars and Edward Auguste Piguet founded the company in 1875 in Le Brassus, in the Vallée de Joux. It is still owned by the founding families.
The Royal Oak of 1972 set the pattern for the steel sports watch: an octagonal bezel with eight screws and a bracelet built into the case. The Royal Oak Offshore followed in 1993 and the Code 11.59 in 2019.
